Life shouldn’t be boring. And work shouldn’t be boring either.
We build Creative AI software to make life more interesting by helping people to connect, create and celebrate. Through the use of creative design and AI technology, we build simple products to help people celebrate and share the moments of their lives in photos and videos.
In addition to our PicCollage app, we are building new products related to video editing, greetings, collaboration, and more….
We are building a company that makes work more interesting through a focus on collaboration and creativity. We encourage our team members to take initiative, express their opinions and actively share and learn (e.g. through our weekly Lightning Demos, Sharing Sessions, and quarterly Workshop Day and InnoFest).

Our company’s official name is Cardinal Blue Software, but we are more commonly known as PicCollage Company, or PicCo for short.
Our initial funding came from Silicon Valley investors, and we have been running profitably for many years thanks to our paying users and subscribers.
We are a US corporation with our main branch in Taiwan. We combine Silicon Valley creative culture with the best of Taiwan engineering and design.

We have around 100 team members, most of whom work on engineering, design, and product.
PicCo is an international team. We have members from North America, Latin America, the UK, France, India, South Africa, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Nearly 40% of our members are from international or cross-cultural backgrounds.
We are backed by Silicon Valley based investors.
