We started off in the San Francisco Bay Area building apps when the app stores first launched, and were fortunate to have early success with the PicCollage app, which reached the top of the photo/video charts in dozens of countries. The company’s official name is Cardinal Blue Software, but we often refer to ourselves as the PicCollage Company (PicCo), due to the popularity of the PicCollage app.
With initial backing from Silicon Valley investors (including 500 Startups, Floodgate, Freestyle and Quest) , we've grown our company into a profitable independent business supported by a robust subscription model. We are now putting great focus on AI technology and incorporating it deeply into all our products.
The company’s legal structure is a Delaware C Corporation operating in California with a large branch office in Taipei, Taiwan.
